The Pulse Effect provides professional consultations, diagnostics, and strategic support aimed at identifying operational and structural challenges in organizations and recommending actionable treatment plans. These services are advisory in nature and not medical, legal, or financial in scope.2. Consultation Policy
A free 15-minute introductory consultation may be scheduled once per client.Paid 1-on-1 consultations (typically 60 minutes) are offered as standalone appointments or as part of multi-tier service plans.Payment must be made in full before the scheduled session begins.Sessions are conducted virtually.3. Payment and Refunds
All paid services are non-refundable once the session has begun.Refunds for cancellations must be requested at least 24 hours in advance.Payments are currently accepted via PayPal.Clients are responsible for ensuring their payment details are correct before submitting.4. Cancellations and Rescheduling
Appointments may be canceled or rescheduled with at least 24 hours’ notice.Late cancellations (less than 24 hours) or no-shows may forfeit the session without refund or reschedule rights.To reschedule, clients should contact the Consultant directly.5. Client Responsibility
Clients are responsible for providing accurate information during sessions.The Consultant is not liable for outcomes resulting from incomplete or inaccurate information.Clients must ensure a stable internet connection and quiet environment for virtual sessions.6. Intellectual Property
